The September 2012 special issue of TESOL Journal deals with teacher collaboration in TESOL. This article, "A Culture of Collaboration: Meeting the Instructional Needs of Adolescent English Language Learners," by Felice Atesoglu Russell, details a study that focused on the supports that enabled an ELL facilitator to contribute to a culture of collaboration between the high school's ESL and Language Arts Departments.
