The focus of task-based English language teaching is on developing tasks based on the real communicative needs of your ELs and having those students carry out authentic tasks. The authors of this article share a study on task-based vocabulary learning and explain how you can implement it in your own classroom, increasing learner interest and challenging students in new ways.
