As we all go home to our different parts of the world and sync back into our old routines, we must not lose our convention energy and motivation. Instead, use the Convention as a platform to raise up your programs, colleagues, students, and profession; here are a few ways to get you started. 

TESOL celebrates excellence in the field every year at its convention for merits such as service to the field, research, teaching, and leadership. This year, awards were given to outstanding teachers, researchers, students, and organizations. Here are some of this year's award winners.
