As a teacher of English you probably expose your students to a wide range of cultural topics that may or may not touch upon the theme of religion. This lesson is aimed at practicing listening skills and developing cultural awareness and critical thinking, specifically by addressing the topic of ‘Ramdan’ _ a Muslim religious practice. It was designed with care to create an opportunity for critical discussion and language learning among young adult learners and adults with A2-B1 language proficiency according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).
