Student complaints about international teaching assistants
(ITAs) result in part from negative attitudes. This study investigates
the impact of multiple collaborative, project-based encounters on
undergraduates' attitudes toward ITAs. Undergraduates who participated
in such encounters reported more positive attitudes and evaluated ITA
