TEASER: COMING TO TESOL 2016: "COORDINATING AND STAFFING AN ITA PROGRAM ON YOUR OWN"

Date and Location:
8 April, 3 pm–3:45 pm, in Latrobe, on the 1st floor of the Hilton Baltimore Convention Center

Discussion Led By: Belinda Braunstein, Vandana Loomba, & Morag Burke

TEASER:

Do you coordinate an ITA program or evaluate/support ITAs without staff to help you with your work? Come join a discussion session at TESOL 2016 that focuses on the responsibilities and common practices involved in being the sole person coordinating/directing a university program for ITAs. Participants will discuss challenges and offer solutions to one another based on similar contexts. The session also serves as a networking opportunity for future support and collaboration.

To make the most of our brief time together, you are encouraged to complete a brief prediscussion survey by 1 March. If you won’t be attending TESOL but have questions that you would like addressed, make a note of this in the survey, and we’ll email you after the conference with any answers obtained.
