Dear PAIS Community,

We’re very excited to bring you the latest PAIS newsletter, with articles on the steps of strategic planning and addressing mental health issues in the workplace, as well as an engaging letter from our past chair, Kyungsook Yeum, who discusses the challenge of balancing the many roles and responsibilities we have as administrators.

We hope you will enjoy this issue and consider contributing articles and book reviews in the future. This newsletter is a forum for our community to share ideas and best practice in administration, and we look forward to receiving your submissions and learning from one another.
