Teacher Educator Interest Section: Special Guest Edited Issue

Deadline for Submissions: June 1, 2020

The Teacher Educator Interest Section (TEIS) of TESOL, Int’l invites submissions for a special, guest edited issue of our IS newsletter, focused on the theme of TESOL Teacher Educators: Responding to Distance Learning Needs of Teachers and English Learners. We welcome short article submissions of around 500-800 words and no more than 5 references, from teacher candidates’ voices, new teachers, teacher educators, mentor teachers, field supervisors--all of us involved in TESOL teacher education. We encourage voices from around the globe, and new as well as seasoned authors, to come together in this incredibly challenging moment to support each other and build knowledge together.

Send your submissions, as Word documents (no PDFs), to Laura Baecher at lbaecher@hunter.cuny.edu no later than midnight, June 1, 2020 Eastern time. The guest editors will review submissions and request revisions during the month of June, for publication in August, 2020.
